VAT Returns & MTD services

In your business, you will need to be fully tax compliant in all areas. VAT is one of those areas where we always ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT returns and MTD. Personal Tax Returns

If you're an individual who needs to submit a tax return, then you must file it with HMRC by 31st January (Deadline) after the end of the tax year which is 5th April.   1. You are a director of a company
  2. You are an employee and you have received some benefits in kind
  3. You are a partner in a business or a Limited Liability Partnership
  4. You receive untaxed income from any source either in the UK or overseas for example lettings income.
  5. You have received taxed interest, dividends or pensions and you are a higher rate taxpayer
  6. You have made a Capital Gain which is more than the annual exemption.

Payroll & Pension Management

Self Employed

If you are self-employed then by law you must complete a self-assessment tax return form each year. This is how you will show to HMRC how much you earned during the tax year and what you spent to get those earnings. You will be taxed on the profit earned in that tax year. Landlords

If you are landlord and letting out your property, you will need to submit tax return to pay tax on your rental income after claiming expenses related to that property (as a general rule wholly and exclusively for the purpose of rental trade).
